Terms and Conditions
Terms governing your use of Robb Entertainment websites, services and experiences.
Last updated · October 7, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Robb Entertainment Corporation, a Robb Corporation company (“Robb Entertainment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our websites or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
In these Terms:
- “Sites” means robbent.com and its subdomains, including rem.robbent.com (Robb Entertainment Magazine) and rrn.robbent.com (Robb Radio Network), and any other website that links to these Terms.
- “Services” means everything offered through the Sites, including articles, the magazine, the forum, the mailing list, Robb Studios rentals, Robb Talent Group representation requests, events, and contact and submission forms.
- “Divisions” means Robb Entertainment’s brands and divisions, including Robb Studios, Robb Talent Group, Robb Music Group, Robb Radio Network, Robb TV, and Robb Publishing.
- “Content” means text, articles, images, video, audio, music, graphics, logos, software, and other material.
Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. Some Services have additional terms (for example, a studio rental agreement, ticket terms, or a representation agreement). If those conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control for that Service. Other Robb Corporation companies and brand websites (such as NerdLoot or Robb TV) may have their own terms.
2. Eligibility and Minors
You may browse the Sites at any age, but you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account, post in the forum, submit forms, request a studio rental, or enter into any agreement with us. Children under 13 may not create an account or submit personal information.
If you use the Sites on behalf of a company or production, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Requests involving minors, such as representation of a child performer or a minor’s participation in a production or event, must be made by a parent or legal guardian. That parent or guardian is responsible for all communications and documents and must comply with applicable child-performer, work-permit, and labor laws.
3. Accounts, Forum, and Community Rules
Some features, such as the Forum and comments, may require an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
When taking part in the forum, comments, or any other community area, you agree to:
- Treat other members with respect. No harassment, threats, hate speech, or personal attacks.
- Stay on topic and avoid spam, repeated posts, chain messages, and unapproved advertising or self-promotion.
- Not impersonate any person, brand, or Robb Entertainment staff, or falsely claim an affiliation with us.
- Not post anyone’s private information, including addresses, phone numbers, or financial details.
- Not post sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable material.
- Not share leaked, pirated, or confidential material, including unreleased films, music, scripts, or manuscripts.
- Not use the community to recruit for, solicit, or run casting calls, jobs, or deals without our approval.
Moderators may edit, hide, or remove posts and may warn, suspend, or ban accounts at their discretion. We do not pre-screen all posts and are not responsible for what other users say. Usernames cannot be changed once set. You may ask us to delete your account at any time through the Contact Us form.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use the Sites only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Scrape, crawl, data-mine, or copy the Sites or their Content by automated means, including to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, without our written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites, accounts, servers, or connected systems, or probe, scan, or test their security.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or overload or disrupt the Sites.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form, including quote and representation requests.
- Use the Sites to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Frame or mirror the Sites, or remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other notice.
- Impersonate Robb Entertainment, its staff, or its talent, or use our name to sell tickets, merchandise, or services we have not authorized.
If you see fraud or impersonation involving our name, report it through Contact Us with screenshots and links. Do not send passwords or full payment card numbers.
5. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
The Sites and their Content are owned by Robb Entertainment, Robb Corporation, or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. This includes articles, magazine issues, photos, videos, music, audio programs, characters, stories, artwork, and the design of the Sites.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Sites and share links to their pages for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent. Short quotations with credit and a link are permitted for news reporting, commentary, or review.
“Robb Entertainment,” “Robb Studios,” “Robb Talent Group,” “Robb Music Group,” “Robb Radio Network,” “Robb TV,” “Robb Entertainment Magazine,” the Robb logos, and related names, characters, and titles are trademarks of Robb Entertainment or Robb Corporation. You may not use them in any way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without our written permission. Third-party names and marks shown on the Sites belong to their owners.
Requests to license titles, music, characters, stories, or artwork must go through Contact Us. Any license is valid only when granted in a signed written agreement.
6. User Content
“User Content” means anything you post, upload, or send through the Sites, such as forum posts, comments, images, profile information, and form entries. You keep ownership of your User Content.
By posting User Content in a public area (such as the forum or comments), you grant Robb Entertainment a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, format, and distribute it on the Sites and our related channels, for as long as it remains posted and for a reasonable time after removal (for example, in backups). For User Content you send privately through forms, our license is limited to using it to review and respond to your request and to provide the Services.
You confirm that you own or have permission to share your User Content, that it does not infringe anyone’s rights, and that it follows these Terms. You are responsible for your User Content.
Comments and their related data may be kept indefinitely so follow-up comments can be approved automatically, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Before uploading images, remove embedded location (EXIF GPS) data, because other visitors may be able to download and read it.
We may review, refuse, edit, or remove User Content at any time, for any reason, without notice.
7. Creative Submissions and Unsolicited Ideas
Robb Entertainment develops film, television, music, podcast, publishing, and other projects, and may already have or receive ideas similar to yours. To protect both you and us:
- Do not send unsolicited material. We do not accept unsolicited screenplays, treatments, manuscripts, full song catalogs, or confidential pitches. Contact us first with a brief query (for example, a logline, short synopsis, genre, and format). Send full material only if we request it through an authorized submission process.
- No confidentiality. Unless we have agreed otherwise in a signed writing, anything you send us is not treated as confidential, and no confidential, fiduciary, or implied-contract relationship is created.
- Similar projects. You agree that we may develop or acquire projects similar to your submission, independently or from other sources, without obligation to you.
- Unsolicited ideas. If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback we did not request, we may use them freely and without payment or credit.
- No commitment. Submitting material does not create any obligation for us to review, respond to, develop, publish, produce, or pay for it.
Keep copies of everything you send. We are not responsible for returning or storing submitted materials.
8. Robb Talent Group Representation Requests
Robb Talent Group (“RTG”) is a division of Robb Entertainment. When you submit a representation request:
- You confirm that the information and materials you provide (résumé, reel, demo, portfolio, credits, union status) are accurate and that you have the right to share them.
- RTG reviews requests based on current roster needs. Submitting a request does not guarantee a reply, a meeting, or representation.
- No representation, agency, or management relationship exists unless and until both parties sign a written representation agreement. That agreement, not these Terms, sets out services, commissions, and term.
- RTG does not charge a fee to review a submission. If anyone asks you to pay upfront to be represented by RTG, report it to us as possible fraud.
- Casting directors, producers, and press who request client materials must use them only for the stated project and must not share them further without permission.
Requests for minors must come from a parent or legal guardian, as described in section 2.
9. Robb Studios Rentals
Robb Studios offers a soundstage, podcast and voice studio, photo studio, edit and post suite, rehearsal space, and meeting and production office.
Quote requests are not bookings. A quote request does not reserve any space, date, staff, or equipment. A booking is confirmed only after availability, pricing, insurance, and rental terms are confirmed in writing and any required deposit is paid. Quotes are estimates based on the information you give and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Rental agreement. Each booking is governed by a written rental agreement covering fees, hours, overtime, deposits, payment schedule, included equipment, and staffing. If it conflicts with these Terms, the rental agreement controls.
Insurance. We may require a certificate of insurance before access, including general liability and, where relevant, equipment and workers’ compensation coverage, naming the parties we specify. We may refuse or cancel access if required insurance is not provided.
Cancellations and changes. Unless your rental agreement says otherwise, cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the booked start time may forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged in full. Time beyond the booked hours, including load-in and load-out, is billed at the applicable overtime rate.
On-site rules. Renters, crew, talent, and guests must:
- Follow staff instructions, posted safety rules, fire codes, and occupancy limits.
- Use equipment only as intended, and only if trained to do so.
- Get prior written approval for open flames, smoke or haze, pyrotechnics, weapons or replica weapons, animals, vehicles, and changes to walls, floors, or the cyc.
- Leave each space clean and in the condition it was provided.
Responsibility for damage. You are responsible for any loss of or damage to our premises or equipment caused by you, your crew, talent, or guests, beyond normal wear and tear. You are responsible for your own equipment and belongings; we are not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged on site.
Credits and promotion. We may ask you to credit “Robb Studios” where appropriate. We will not publish images from your production without your permission.
10. Events and Tickets
Upcoming programming is listed on our Events page. Each event has its own ticket terms, which control refunds, transfers, and age limits for that event.
- Buy only from authorized sellers. Use the registration or ticket link on the official event listing. We are not responsible for tickets bought from unverified resellers.
- Refunds depend on the event’s posted ticket terms, its cancellation status, and the ticketing provider. Contact the authorized seller with your order number.
- Changes. Dates, venues, line-ups, and appearances may change. Talent appearances are not guaranteed.
- Age limits are stated on each listing and may be set by the venue, local law, or alcohol service. A parent or guardian may be required.
- Conduct and entry. We and the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is disruptive, unsafe, or breaks venue rules, without refund.
- Filming and photography. Events may be filmed, photographed, or recorded. By attending, you agree that your image and voice may appear in recordings we use for promotion and content, unless the event listing says otherwise.
- Accessibility. Contact us before the event if you need an accommodation, and we will review options with the venue.
11. Merchandise and Affiliated Stores
Official merchandise is sold through NerdLoot and other authorized Robb stores and event channels. Purchases are governed by the terms, shipping, and return policies of the store where you buy. Prices, availability, and product descriptions shown on robbent.com are for information only and may change.
The Sites also link to other Robb Corporation companies and partner brands, such as Robb TV, Robb Music Group, XCape World, and Robb Publishing titles. Each operates its own website under its own terms and privacy policy.
If you find counterfeit Robb merchandise, report it through Contact Us with the seller’s name and link, photos, and purchase details.
12. Mailing List and Communications
If you join our mailing list, we will send occasional news about films, series, podcasts, music, books, games, events, and company announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
By submitting a contact, quote, or representation form, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone about that request. We will not add you to marketing lists from those forms without your consent.
Our official channels are the Sites, our mailing list, and our verified social media accounts. We will never ask for your password or full payment card number by email, text, or direct message.
13. Advertising, Third-Party Links, and Embedded Content
Advertising. The Sites, including articles, may show ads served by Google and other ad partners. These partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalized ads through Google’s Ads Settings. Advertisers are responsible for their ads; we do not endorse advertised products or services.
Sponsored content. Content that is sponsored or paid for by a brand will be labeled as such.
Third-party links. The Sites link to websites we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and you use them at your own risk.
Embedded content. Articles may include embedded videos, images, posts, or digital magazine issues hosted by others (for example, YouTube or FlipHTML5). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other website, and that provider may collect data about you under its own terms.
14. Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the Sites infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent (see section 19) that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- The infringing material and its exact location (URL) on the Sites.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
15. Disclaimers
THE SITES, SERVICES, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Articles, magazine content, podcasts, and forum posts are for general information and entertainment only. They are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Opinions expressed by writers, guests, and users are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Robb Entertainment.
We do not guarantee that the Sites will be accurate, complete, current, secure, uninterrupted, or free of errors or harmful components. Release dates, schedules, availability, and project information may change without notice.
16. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBB ENTERTAINMENT, ROBB CORPORATION, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITES OR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. For paid services such as studio rentals, liability is governed by the applicable written agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Robb Entertainment, Robb Corporation, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content or submissions, your use of the Sites or Services (including our studio premises), or your breach of these Terms or any law.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If it is not resolved, any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action, and must be filed within one year after the claim arose.
18. General Terms
- Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the Sites means you accept them.
- Suspension and termination. We may suspend or end your access to the Sites or any Service at any time if we believe you have broken these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5, 6, 7, 15, 16, and 17) continue after termination.
- Changes to the Sites. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Sites or Services without notice.
- Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or internet outages, labor disputes, or government action.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms for a specific Service are the entire agreement between you and us about the Sites.
