On March 21, 2024, an individual modified one of our applications and then sent out a very disrespectful message to people who communicate with us through WhatsApp Business Messenger. We apologize to anyone who was affected.
We use WhatsApp Business Messenger to maintain prompt and direct communication with individuals and companies who would like to get in touch with us. In addition to that, we also use other applications in connection with WhatsApp Business Messenger.
We are taking steps to ensure that this does not happen again.
